Jalapeno and Cheese Biscuit Popovers

My Jalapeno and Cheese Biscuit Popovers are one of my favorite go to snacks for a quick meatless eat.

I use a can of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits and slightly stretch them so they overhang over the muffin pan.

Stuff them with folded slice cheese and top with pickled jalapenos.

After less than 15 minutes of baking time, these biscuits are perfectly cheesy!

Look at all the gooey cheese, my family dipped them in ranch dressing spiked with hot sauce for an added kick.

Enjoy!
