Hey people, I've been experimenting with spa waters this pass week and my Citrus Berry Spa Water is a winner!
All you need is mixed berries. I used frozen berries because that's what I had around.
Fresh is always best!
Next, I added sliced oranges.
I divided everything between two mason jars with lids.
Filled the containers with water, and allowed the drink to chill in the refrigerator overnight.
After 24 hours it's ready to drink!
After speaking with my daughter, she decided that next time she would like me to juice half of the ingredients, then add it to the water for a more potent drink.
I might just give it a try during my next experiment!

Citrus Berry Spa Water
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
48 ounces water
1 cup mixed berries
1 orange, sliced
2 teaspoons ginger, grated
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, allow to chill overnight in the refrigerator.
Enjoy!
This is a great idea...I love berries or any fruits in my water. Ginger is a great addition and healthy. Thanks for sharing!
