Quick Broiled Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan Cheese

This is one of my go to side dishes!

If you want to make my Quick Broiled Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan Cheese a main dish, serve with jasmine rice for a filling main course meal.

The longest part of creating this dish is waiting for the oven to preheat.

I took some beautiful asparagus spears, topped them with olive oil and a tasty spice blend. Mix well and broil for about 9-10 minutes, turning once.

Next, I removed them from the oven and immediately topped with 1/2 the lemon juice, use the whole lemon if desired, all the lemon zest and the parmigiano reggiano cheese.

Watch as the cheese melts into this gooey, plate of goodness!

Time to eat, and enjoy this tasty dish!
