Day 6: 21 Day Detox Days 8-14 Menu plus Grocery List and Blueberry Smoothie



It's Day 6 of the 21 Day Detox and I wanted to not only give you a new smoothie recipe, I wanted to make sure I included the grocery list and menu for Days 8-14.


The goal of week 2 is to make sure we keep things fresh and simple.

Don't forget, if you choose to replace one or both of your salads with a cooked veggie meal please don't be afraid.

We're on a detox, cooking is not banned.

Blueberry Smoothie

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 6 ounce container of Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups pineapple or orange juice

Directions:

Add everything to blender and blend until smooth.

21 Day Detox Days 8-14 Menu Plus Grocery List

Breakfast Juice/Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

3 cups leafy greens, i.e. spinach, romaine lettuce, kale,
2 cups fruit, i.e. berries, melon, apples, frozen bananas if making a smoothie
1 cup Good Belly
1 cup water

Directions: 

Juice method: Juice fruit and vegetables, add good belly and stir.

Smoothie method: Add all ingredients to blender, blend well. Can use banana if making a smoothie for creaminess.



 
Pack of oatmeal made with water and/or almond milk if hungry

16 ounces purified water

Multi vitamin

Snack: 

Fresh banana, apple, or fruit salad made of berries and melon 2 cups fruit salad
8 ounces water

Lunch: 

Large Green Salad: 

1/2 head romaine lettuce
2 stalks celery
1 grated carrot
½ avocado
½ bell pepper
½ head of broccoli florets
½ can organic beans, rinsed, and drained
Pinch of black pepper
Salad dressing: organic light salad dressing or, olive oil and lemon vinaigrette
16 ounces of purified water

Snack: 

Amazing grass juice
1 scoop of amazing grass
8 ounces water or low sugar juice
Or another Juice/Smoothie from Breakfast

Directions:

Mix powder and liquid, shake well.

Dinner:

½ head romaine lettuce
½ avocado
½ cucumber, peeled if non organic
1 carrot, grated
½ can organic beans, rinsed, and drained
Pinch of black pepper
Salad dressing: organic light salad dressing or, olive oil and lemon vinaigrette
16 ounces of purified water

Snack:

Banana, or small fruit salad
8 ounces water

Before Bed Drink:

Metamucil drink mixed with 8 ounces water

Grocery List:

3 Heads of Spinach
3 Heads of Celery
2 Large Bags carrots
7 apples
3 cans organic beans for salad
Frozen Strawberries, blueberries
7 avocados
7 heads romaine lettuce
Oatmeal
4 heads broccoli 
purified water
light salad dressing 
2 containers of Good Belly 
4 lemons
